Phase 1 is now open and ready for leasing (based on availability)
Phase 1 has growing beds for groups, families, seniors and some small kids plots. There is a tool shed stocked with tools for members. There is also a shaded seating area and a hand washing station.
In Total There Are 3 Phases Planned
Phase 1 – Multiple growing beds of different sizes in this Phase have been completed. Each bed has a hose bib ready to hook up individual irrigation setups. There is also a tool shed and shaded seating area.
In addition, we are adding an educational area to the East side of this Phase in place of the proposed tree line by the fence. In this area we plan to have 2-3 large growing beds to be used for educational purposes. There will also be an area along the fence where there will be a selection of shrubs that grow well in the area with information boards for each.
Phase 2 – In this Phase there are more growing beds planned as well as a water feature and more shaded seating areas. More Information On Phase 2
Phase 3 – This Phase features an outdoor kitchen for “From Garden to Table” cooking classes.There are also many additional growing beds and shaded seating areas.There is also the possibility of a greenhouse for early starting plants and a citrus grove! More Information On Phase 3
